Toplocatie, centraal voor alles. Winkeltjes , restaurantjes en strand en zeedijk op korte wandelafstand. Zeer groot terras, wat zeker een groot pluspunt is.

Het dakappartement heeft als troef het grote terras! Dit laat toe de hele dag van de zon te genieten en buiten te eten, als, de zon er is. In december kan dat soms tegenvallen. De ligging in het centrum geeft veel voordelen. Ideaal klein appartement voor iemand alleen. Of als koppel voor een korte periode.
De isolatie is niet optimaal. Bij koudere dagen moet je dus vaak de (goede) verwarming/airco aanzetten. Gelukkig schijnt de zon 300 dagen per jaar ;-)

De locatie is prima. Alles voor de deur
Onveilig gevoel. Er is waarschijnlijk ingebroken en er hangt een klein kettingslot aan de toegansdeur naar het dakterras. Hier zitten sporen van inbraak op. Maak dit gewoon op een nette en veilige manier want de schuifdeuren van het dakterras kunnen niet op slot.
