About this cabin rental
Frog Hollow is a cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with a level yard, close to the water’s edge of Finley Lake. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has 2 bunk beds. Both the living room and combination kitchen/ dining area look out over the lake through large picture windows. A wood burning fireplace, 2 window-unit air conditioners and ceiling fans keep the cottage comfortable in all types of weather. A large deck across the front of the cottage and a screened porch allows for ample outdoor seating.
Finley Lake is 108 acres in size. It is approximately 26 feet deep at its deepest point. Anglers can expect to catch a variety of fish including Bluegill and Largemouth Bass. Crystal clear water makes Finley Lake one of the best for swimming. Frog Hollow is located on a private lake with no public boat landing lake; there are nearby public boat launches on other neighboring lakes.
Extra amenities include Kayak, canoe, paddle boat and floating raft.

If you are hauling a boat, this is not a good option. Before booking, I asked if you could fairly easily park a boat trailer at the property and was told yes. While, technically, it might be possible for a small trailer for someone with many, many years of experience, it certainly not easy. We luckily found somewhere we could pay to leave our boat for the week, but even without a boat, I don’t recommend the property. For anyone with a large vehicle, it is extremely hard to turn around at the end of the driveway. It was also not very clean, and all the furniture was very uncomfortable. Even the sheets and one provided towel were very scratchy and in need of replacing. There was also a spider infestation in the yard, which to be fair it’s a wooded area so hard to control, but the hidden key was placed were you were required to fight the hoard. We won’t be staying here again.
