Ótima localização, próximo de tudo, cama bem confortável, adorei o local, silencioso, equipamentos todos funcionado perfeitamente e tendeu todas as minhas expectativas.
A cidade em si de BH esta muito cheio de mendigos.

A limpeza deixou a desejar, principalmente do banheiro e dos lençóis da cama. Ja me hospedei outras vezes e essa foi a única que encontrei um local desleixado. A tampa do vaso sanitário estava com uma mancha marrom e depois que tentamos limpar vimos que era um queimado, talvez de cigarro, mas faltou o cuidado de trocar para não gerar má impressão.
Toalhas coloridas dificultando ver se estão realmente limpas.
