Nice one bedroom apartment, quiet, bright and fully equipped in the heart of Sevilla Casco Antiguo, on the 2nd and last floor of the inner courtyard between Plaza Alfafa, Plaza San Salvador, Las Setas and Calle Sierpes. There is a 160cm bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, wifi internet and international cable TV. Ideal to rest between two visits of the city and in full heart of the Sevillian life for your evenings.

Housing:
You enter the living room with its sofa and TV and its American kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with filter coffee machine, electric hob, fridge, kettle and microwave oven.
Then you arrive on the bedroom which has a 160cm bed with a wardrobe and air conditioning for your comfort.
It overlooks the shower room with window and towel dryer.
We provide a large and a small towel per person and also a hair dryer is at your disposal.
Access for travelers:
The apartment is rented as a whole.
Exchanges with travelers:
I like to share my little addresses with my guests. According to their request, I am available for any questions before staying on the apartment or Seville.
Other remarks:
We ask our guests to present us with an identity card or passport for each person to check during your home and be in good standing with the local authorities.

Location is fantastic. Washing machine great. As advertised it is a small place. And it could use some upgrades. Bathroom especially. 2nd floor walk up is actually 3rd for us Canadian. But overall stay was excellent. And host was readily available when we had a power fail
