Absurdly big for the price, and perfectly located. Could easily fit 6-8 people and probably even more (although only found 4 beds). Kitchen is mostly well-equipped.
Some minor cleanliness issues, but nothing major. As should be expected. In general Ponta Delgada seems to have a bit of issues with vagrants/people living on the street, but they don't significantly bother you.

The place is very clean, very practical, big rooms, every equipment were available, microwave, cafee machine, toaster., TV.. . The "terraço" is superb with a table to have diner or the breakfast! And obviously, Mr joão!
The nights were awful, every night, between 00h00 and 02h00 the garbage truck wakes us up. Afterward, it was the cars and motorcycles all night long. Since the windows are not prepared for buffering the sounds, it was very unpleasant, and with a baby, worse case scenario.
