I have a reservation for two nights but, I checked in for one night only, and cancel the second night because I changed the flight date. The process of cancellation was not good at all !! they make it very complicated and hard and they let me wait and stuck for one hour at the reception !! to try and do the cancellation through booking application ( there is no option for cancellation in booking at that time) and they let me call the booking for cancellation!! was unprofessional ..also they lost my payment receipt and ask me a lot to show them my bank massage from my phone! Ms. Maghi was very nice she tried to help and manage the situation while she looks sick but the manager Ms. Nani she ignored us and she didn’t clarify the problem to us..and when she noted that we got mad at the sitar she decided to finish the problem and make the booking completed in the booking…bad experience.
