Comfortable and well located apartment. Helpful agents and owner. Fast response from the owner when we asked for a bread knife :) Great for our one month stay.

Outside of the owners control. Renovation work on the snack bar below was intrusive, as was the work on the church next door. We booked because we knew that the bar had closed, it would have been useful to know about the work. The outside furniture was old and uncomfortable. Some of the windows did not lock. The washing machine door required attention. A cash deposit was required for any damages but the agents only do a check once each year, so how do they know who is responsible for any loss or damage? Toiletries and toilet paper was in short supply.

Lovely appartment very noisy though in the evening from the bar below. Everything else was excellent. Very helpful owner dealt immediately with any small problem we had.
