Baansuwanburi - บ้านสุวรรณบุรี

We liked everything about this property. The property is about 15 minutes from the main downtown area by Grab not because of distance but because of traffic. It is a very cheap and easy commute to get a ride into the main downtown area. The landscaping is beautiful and lush. You wouldn’t even know you’re in the middle of the city except for the occasional sound of a car. The traditional Thai style buildings were beautiful and extremely well furnished. Everything was extremely comfortable. The pond area was beautiful. The food on site was extremely good. There wasn’t a single thing we ordered over the course of our stay that wasn’t extremely delicious. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay.

Everything is perfect. You really feel in peace there. Meimei is great. She goes above and beyond to make your stay truly perfect!!

The overall aesthetic was amazing. The garden was obviously well-planned and taken care of meticulously. It was LUSH! 7-eleven and ATM and a couple of food places nearby. There was a gym and a few pools. The receptionist spoke English well.

The location is inconvenient, far away for the city centre (20-30 min by taxi). The toilet and the bathroom is basically in the same room, there is a door and a separating wall between it and the main room, but it doesn’t go all the way up to the ceiling. Be aware, there is a huge locked cage with two parrots and it was right under our room and the birds were very noisy! It is questionable why would a hotel even keep birds in a cage like that, because they were also noisy during the night. Breakfast was meh. For two nights it was a good place to stay at, but for longer stays I would reconsider.
