Maison de Geoje has a very friendly manager who speaks English.The manager was very helpful, helping me with sightseeing plans and arranging taxis.
This was my first time in Korea and I don't speak Korean, but thanks to the manager, I had a great trip.

The proprietors were very helpful. The breakfast was light but satisfying (cereals, hard boiled egg, yogurt, toast, fruit, juice, tea, coffee). The coffee shop where the breakfast was served is quite charming. The price, which included breakfast, was great. I would definitely go back.
I like a softer mattress, but hard mattresses are pretty standard in Korea, so I cannot really complain. I travel with an air mattress when in Korea for that reason. Know that the shower is a typical Korean shower attached to the bathroom sink, not a separate shower room or tub with glass or a curtain. It worked out fine.
