First of all, price vs quality is very much reasonable. It's fair to say that furniture is not brand new on the other hand everything funcitions well. There was nothing we were missing during our stay, furniture, AC, kitchen and bathroom supplies etc. Every floor is stuffed with own bathroom and kitchen, so you can be really independent from your group if you'd like. The best room (the newest and freshest) is located in the same floor as swimming pool - so if you read this and you go with your friends - start fight for this one :). Swimming pool area is great with comfortable sunbeds, right next to it - you have grill along with running water (sink) and some kitchen supplies what makes life easier - not to go upstairs during BBQ which is a big plus. Garden is also good and maintained well to be honest. I believe, the house can fit easielly larger group of up to 15 people. There are 2 private parking spots, but in my opinion if you're good driver you can fit there 3 cars with no problem. When it comes to the Adriatic sea - as always, it's great, two beaches located 5 and 7 mins by walk. The road to both beaches requires some physical effort but again, it's almost everywhere in coastline, so can't be counted as a minus due to nature of the coast. Owner from the very first day we booked the house was in constant contact with me and provided all neccessary information we requested. There is additional fee for dogs (we had 2), about what we've got informed rigth after the reservation (it's written that owner might require it), but the amount, again, is reasonable and fairly small.

- No large shops around (you need to go to Omis - 12min by car, or just buy at small one in 5 min walk) - Some troubles with bathroom in the upper floor (we were informed about that fact, hopefully it will be resolved by the day you'll stay there) - House needs some small cosmetic renovation inside - As I understood, there is an expectation to leave bigger tip for cleanning crew (not owner) after your stay, what was not initially communicated - would be great to know about this to avoid cultural misuderstating

Location, pool, terrace and first floor are perfect. Garden is a nice place as well.

BBQ stuff was a bit dirty. Third floor is not very comfortable (first floor is perfect, though)
