Casa Rubina

We spent a month at Casa Rubina and absolutely loved it. The apartment had everything we needed. It is beautifully decorated, filled with natural light, and very spacious. There is both a balcony and a terrace on opposite sides of the apartment, and both overlook the sea. Loredana, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful. My bag was lost by the airline on the way to Capri, and she helped arrange its delivery to Casa Rubina. This was invaluable, especially because I do not speak Italian. Loredana is also a children’s book author. My six-year-old daughter loved her story about Faros, which takes place in Capri. She had so much fun exploring the island using the map from the book. Loredana also gave her a Faros stuffed toy, which is now my daughter’s favorite toy. Overall, our stay could not have been better, and we cannot wait to return!

Nothing, really. Everything was great

Excellent location, exceptionally clean and very well maintained with attention to details. Two balconies with great view overlooking different sides of the island. The property manager is extremely friendly and helpful.

Mattresses and pillows are clean in both bedrooms but could considered replacement (one very hard, one has sunken) unfortunately affecting sleep quality.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable to the point that it was very difficult to sleep and I woke up feeling stiff and sore.

Excellent location very close to everything and the host is lovely.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Struggled to sleep. A lot of steps so travel light if booking this place as it is tricky with heavy suitcases.
