About this house rental
Huerta Tio Pipa is a tourist accommodation with rural accommodation, located outside the town of Aznalcázar. A Sevillian town surrounded by green, pine and nature.
It is located 20 minutes from the province of Seville, 30 minutes from Rocío and 40 from Matalascañas beach.
The house is isolated from neighbors, so it is perfect to spend a quiet holiday with family or friends.
The house is composed of two rooms, one has a double bed, another one with three single beds, these two have air conditioning. It also has a double sofa bed in the living room.
In turn, Huerta Tio Pipa, has a large green area and private pool.
You will also find a spacious living room with fireplace and TV service, a full kitchen with all accessories and two bathrooms (one inside and one outside towards the pool). We provide sheets and towels.
For rent of more than 3 people has an additional cost per person.
Minimum rental 3 nights.

La casa tiene varias cosas a mejorar: el baño está algo anticuado y con elementos no funcionales (alcachofa de la ducha rota, tapa den váter repintada, bombillas fundidas en el espejo). Para ser diciembre, las mantas eran muy finas. La decoración muy antigua y con muebles que son retales de muebles descartados de otras casas. Por gusto y criterio personal, excesivos trofeos de caza en la decoración de paredes y muebles.
Como positivo indicar que la casa es muy amplia para 5 personas. El salón comedor es muy grande, también la cocina. Pero sin duda lo mejor es el jardín. Naranjos, limoneros y una estupenda piscina.
