The bed and the sofa were comfortable. Just so you know, right by the beach, as soon as you leave the station, there’s a shop where you can hire bikes and surfboards, and there are lockers too. I was about to book a room at another hotel to leave our bags, as we were heading to the Zandvoort circuit. Thank goodness the reception at the other hotel was helpful and recommended this place to us so we could save money

It’s an old flat, and the soundproofing is terrible. We could hear everything going on in the flat above us; it sounded like a family living there, with children. And the staff aren’t friendly. I thought it was overpriced for the quality of the flat; it was one of the worst I stayed in on this Eurotrip. What frustrated me most was that they wouldn’t look after our luggage and weren’t able to offer an alternative either; they simply didn’t care.

Honestly, the room was amazing. I loved the location I think that it was so refreshing. Such a nice town and so many great restaurants on your doorstep. The apartment was fantastic, and my family slept great. I personally slept on the sofa bed and had the best night's sleep I'd had in months!

There was just one thing that I didn't like. The $500 deposit made me feel uncomfortable and on edge. I received a strong email in the morning at exactly how the apartment should look in order to receive the deposit. This hoestly put me on edge and didn't allow me to have a calm and relaxed morning. The host was lovely and the deposit was reimbursed right away. And I do understand that maybe they have to do that following negative past experences with guests. But it just put me on edge. I would stay here again as I know they are trustworthy, but I won't stay with an apartment that requires a deposit again.

Was a lovely comfortable apartment, good for the beach and lots in the centre, only used as a base for the Grand Prix but felt good to go back to a place that was perfect to relax, thank you.

The location although it was quite nosey for much of the time.

For a start it was open plan, not a separate bedroom as detailed. The stove top did not work efficiently. Initially we had to ask for help (no instruction manual!!) and the safety lock was on. When the staff member came to check, they managed to take it off. It was totally unpredictable and for one evening we could not cook. So bad! The internet was pretty useless and the noise from the family next door (not their fault, the sound proofing was rubbish!). We ended up leaving two nights earlier. Now, I had flagged the issue up and when I messaged to say we had; taken the rubbish out, stripped the beds, left the key in the box and the main reason for us leaving I received a reply “well if you tell us we fix it”…. Rude! Not the usual Dutch friendly stay which we are used to and we will NEVER stay there again!!!
