Great location very clean and modern felt very homely liked it cause it was on the ground floor didnt hear any noise from the apartments above will definitely stay there again 10/10

Host & stay taking half of full payment just after booking with no notification when it was taken or no receipt sent, and when final payment taken although we had a date for that I had to ring and ask for a receipt this wouldn't stop me staying again as we would be prepared in the future not everyone has that amount sat in a current account with so many scams about.

It was a great location and the layout of the flat was practical. Customer service was generally fine.

The flat needs a deep clean. There was a lot of dust and dirt left in less obvious places. Some glasses, mugs and plates were dirty and chips. Most if the pots were scratched and dirty. The oven was dirty, the omelette flipper half melted. There was no frying pan. We only got 1 toilet roll and 1 bin liner and 1 coffee capsule for 3 people for one week stay! While the customer service was prompt, they can't be taking feedback on board since we have noticed similar comments (no frying pan, melted flipper, 1 toilet roll etc ) in reviews left months ago. The property is supposed to be dog friendly and yet no water or food bowls were available (I think property description mentions dog bowls). We asked if those could be provided, but got a negative reply. Patio was a disappointment; rusty furniture and mess. The mattresses (especially in smaller bedroom) were very uncomfortable. This property doesn't deserve the high rating it has at the moment. It has a great potential and could easily be much more comfortable and welcoming if some more effort and attention was given and feedback acted on.
