Schönes Apartment, zentral auf der Insel, Lage vor allem fürs Wandern und zum Besichtigen der Insel gut. Gut ausgestattet. Besitzer sehr freundlich. Preis Leistung ok.

Leider im Winter sehr kalt und nur kaum beheizt. Draußen fallen die Temperaturen bis zu 5°C, im Haus sind dann ca. 15°C. Nur im Schlafzimmer ist eine kleine elektrische Wandheizung, welche sehr lange braucht um 2-3°C mehr ins Zimmer zu bringen. Das restliche Apartment bleibt leider kalt.

Sijainti Fortaleza vuoren kupeessa ja lähellä Chipuden kylää oli erinomainen. Huoneisto oli siisti ja tilava. Maisemat ovat kauniit.

Majapaikan ympäristö on vaeltajien suosiossa, joten parkkipaikan löytäminen pääsiäisen aikaan oli haasteellista. Alisio tuulet paukkuivat nurkissa, joten nukkuminen yöllä oli haasteellista. Tuuli jäähdytti asunnon kylmäksi. Liesi toimii kaasulla ja siinä ei ole sähköistä sytytintä. Jos peset pyykkiä, pyykin kuivaamiseen ei ole sopivaa paikkaa.

Very clean apartment, all the kitchen accessories you could need for short to medium term stays. Ad equate parking for the car. Wifi was decent! Very clear check in instructions provided by the host.

There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom after the air freshener had drifted off. Smelt sulfuric, like something bad was in the pipes. The shower also had about two minutes maximum worth of hot water before it went cold. Apartment itself was also quite cold, bring warm clothes! The room has a heater at least. The location is in a good spot for hiking and is above a restaurant and bar, but you really need a car to go anywhere else on this island including Garajonay National Park. Guaguas are not frequent enough.
