Clean and very quiet hotel. Location only 20 minutes by foot from the harbour. No english speaking but very helpfull staff. The Lady helped us to rent electric motocycles. She drove us with her scooter to the rental agency. She also made a reservation for us for snorkelling.

The hotel is located on the end of the main strip. My only complaint is that they didn't ever check messages on this app, so I was not able to arrange airport pickup in advance. A phone number is provided; I have Whatsapp only, and the number isn't registered on Whatsapp, and I don't speak Chinese had I been able to call them anyway. When I arrived at the airport another traveler was kind enough to call them for me and they came and picked me up (on a scooter). Make sure in advance that you have a way to communicate with them by phone. The island relies heavily on scooters. When we arrived back at the hotel we used Google Translate to coordinate and I found that Miss Su, who had picked me up, was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave me a ride down to the scooter rental place and I rented my own. She set me up for snorkeling and when it was time, drove ahead of me on her scooter to show me the way. She recommended a really good BBQ restaurant that's not on the main strip and I wouldn't have known about otherwise; she showed me the way to it as well. The room was basic but clean. The shampoo and soap were low but there was enough to get me through. There are no towels; enough reviews have mentioned this now that it's clearly established. It's not that big of a deal because you can get a cheap one (and washcloth) at 7-11 or a more expensive one at the souvenir shops. The wifi was 99% stable and I work remotely from my computer; I had few issues. I would recommend this place; I enjoyed my stay overall and I felt like the staff were extremely helpful and kind.

The place is easy to find, nice location. Within walking distance to Duty Free shop. Have a good local breakfast place next door. The room is quite small but clean, the staff is nice and helpful. They only provide small towels, if you prefer a bigger one for shower just bring your own.

The shower hose is extremely short. Sometimes it takes a while for the hot water to kick in.
