Charlie's Spot - Norwood

This is a good location in Norwood on a quiet street and easy to find. The Black room has adequate space, private and is clean.

Arrival preparation is absent minded. It seems the host (Charles) was not aware to expect guests and his staff was also not paying attention to notifications. 🙄 Calling in advance of your arrival may help but not appreciated by the host. There was no answer on the 2 doorbells and this may get unsettling on arrival. Charles: 1) Load a phone number that correlates to the correct person at the property if you're not interested in answering the phone or handling the arrival and check-in process. 2) Ensure that your staff are alert to door bells and notifications of guests because another guest opened the gate for me. 3) Train your staff on how to monitor the notifications, receive guests including greeting check-in process as well as explaining where to go, your registration process, keys, parking, remote control,air-conditioning not working and check-out process. 4) Inform your guests on confirmation that there is no soap or shampoos supplied so that they bring their own.

No warm, big and comfortable blankets, please buy blankets. Get a smart TV and a working Wifi, that would make the stay more pleasant. The taps had no clean water, we had to buy
