the view, the location, apartment was functional, still quite new.
Well I did the booking for 1 apartment with two rooms on booking.com, and the site gave one price. I paid for it online, but then upon checking in, the owner asked for additional EUR 100 because apparently when two travellers come, this additional amount applies - but what the hell, the apartment booked had two room, we paid for it in advance, and then we need to pay more for two persons? This was not mentioned prior booking.
We also had a bit of an expectation gap - for an 11 days stay, we would have hoped to have at least 1 cleaning visit. Owner asked for more money for this.
