very nice place with great host!

The apartment was super clean, cozy and had everything you could need. The staff was extremely helpful and they took the time to help us with our plans during our stay. The location was perfect to visit the city or to go to Disney. The bus stop was right outside the door.

I found the bed a bit hard but that is of course my personal opinion.

A characterful house in a very convenient location for public transport links to Disney, Val D’Europe and Paris from bus stops within 25metres or train station in a 15 minute walk. There is a free car park at the rear which is mainly filled by locals but we managed to find a space on our arrival in Lagny. The town has many attractive cafes, street market and a wonderful indoor market on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday selling everything from fish, meat and vegetables to clothes and bed mattresses. There were a few essential food items left for our use should we have needed them.

We were met in the car park by Pierre who took us in to our accommodation at the top of this multi-apartment house via two flights of stairs, not a problem for us but we noted that there was no gate at the top to stop one of us accidentally taking a tumble. Externally, the property is a bit of a building site. Internally, the layout is a little odd in that the living room and kitchen are central, with a toilet (without wash facilities) on one side and a bathroom (without toilet) on the other, meaning users have to cross to clean up. Bedrooms 1,2 and 3 lead off, but bedroom 4 can only be accessed from bedroom 3 where the en-suite is located. Kitchen equipment was fine but storage space was minimal and the dining furniture very flimsy. The en-suite sink drain was completely blocked, forcing us to empty it into the toilet by baling out with a jug. Both shower drains were partially blocked making us afraid of flooding the apartment below and there was a smell of ‘drains’ in the kitchen. A floorboard in bedroom 2 was dangerously broken, and there was only half a net curtain to block out the sun as it rose in bedroom 3. The ceiling extractor vents in the kitchen and showers were blocked by thick, black dust and cobwebs, our en-suite skirtings were similarly affected by grime and we even found a face mask and an old shopping receipt under our bed, making a mockery of the €90 charge for cleaning. Also of concern was the apparent lack of smoke alarms, radiator malfunctions, shortage of cutlery and poor pillows. Some of these points were expressed to the owners before we left so, hopefully, future guests will experience a more satisfying experience.

Location ideal, parking ideal. We were late arriving and got lost (our fault) but the hosts were super nice and patient. Highly recommend! We had a car for accessing Disneyland but there's a bus just around the corner. Instructions re. local town and where to eat were excellent too.

the outside looks like it’s falling down the cleaner didn’t come until 30 minutes before we arrived so they rushed throughout and it was dirty with razors and underwear under the bed from the last guests

I loved the house and apartment. Location could not been better to visit Paris and Disneypark.

Owner very helpful, explained everything. Quality of furnishings much better than most rentals. Location in nice village, but only short (car) distance from Disneyland / metro. Free carpark at back.

The hosts Pierre and Pauline were extremely welcoming and very helpful! The apartment was clean and tidy with everything you would need for your stay. If I ever visit the area in the future I would definitely stay here again. 10/10

Nothing I didn't like.

Delightful accommodation. A perfect host - could not have been more helpful. Short distance to lots of great facilities - including an open market selling all sorts. Bus stop outside villa. Short walk to train station. Super place to stay.

It was conveniently located near a bus stop that goes directly to Disneyland. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable away from home.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed. The host was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Very close to Disney, modern new facilities. We will definitely be back.

The outside of the building didn't reflect the lovely interior but the apartment is part of a larger building. It didn't impact on our stay.

Free available public parking, safe/nice neighborhood, closed grocery stores, fast private internet WIFI, cleaned apartment with all family needs and suitable price for a family man customers Budjet.

Nothing. .. 😀 90€ cleaning charge in the receipt was not in the booking .. !!??? But the charge was in booking charge included .. and no extra charge .. 😀😃

Loved the character and comfort of the appartement. Nice extra details, games and Marseille soap. Easy to get to Paris and Disney. Lagny was great place too. Shops and restaurants nearby. We where with three kids and can recommend

What a fabulous apartment and the owner was amazing so convenient to Disneyland and to Paris we had a great time

De locatie in combinatie met prijs en kwaliteitsverhouding Netjes en verzorgde accomodatie. Dichtbij winkels en openbaar vervoer. Gratis en ruime parkeerplaats voor de auto's.

De afwerking; oa Deuren die piepen (zelf opgelost) Deuren die klemmen. De deurschilden zaten los ( zelf opgelost) De slaapkamer met stapelbed is erg smal. Een trede van het trapje is gebroken, dus gevaarlijk! De gordijnen die niet passen voor meerdere ramen. . Tip: Een klein terrasje met picknickbank zou al een verschil maken in de rommelige voortuin.

Prima locatie voor bezoek Disneyland Parijs, bus stopt voor de deur en brengt je rechtstreeks in 30 min naar het Park, kosten 2.50€ p.p. Dorpje om de hoek, loopafstand, supermarkt, boulangerie, alles wat je nodig hebt. Huis is heel leuk, drie goede slaapkamers, totaal 9 slaapplaatsen, 2 badkamers, 2 toiletten waarvan 1 separaat. Ook is in het huis alles aanwezig, Pierre zorgt voor aanwezigheid eerste behoefte, pak jus d'orange, fles water, koffie en thee. Makkelijk om contact met hem te houden.

Een mooi ruim appartement met 3 slaapkamers, 2 kamers en een mooie keuken, maar zitruimte voor meer dan 5 personen. Alles was aanwezig wat je nodig hebt.

Helaas geen lift. Wij waren met 7 volwassenen, 6 slaapplaatsen beschikbaar. De overige 3 slaapplaatsen zijn geschikt voor kinderen. Een hoogslaper met kleine bedden.

On nous a appelé une semaine avant notre arrivée pour nous prévenir qu’il y avait un dégât des eaux et la personne s’est chargée de nous reloger dans un autre logement, pas très loin.

Je ne suis pas resté donc je ne peux donner aucun commentaire.

La casa es estupenda. Pierre es muy atento y te soluciona todas las dudas, te envía toda la información en vídeos muy claros. La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario. Las camas son muy cómodas. El autobús a Disneyland para en la puerta y el RER a París está muy cerca. Nos ha encantado y volveremos.
