Half hour from Disney, Quirky well equipped apartment

Easy to find. Videos from owner extremely helpful. Useful tips re supermarkets, parks, local transport etc all on whatsapp. Bus for Disney every half hour just outside the property. Had everything needed for our short stay. Quirky accomodation in very typical French village.

Garden, and exterior seem dilapidated. Inside tastefully decorated. Grandchildren 2 and 4 probably too young for all the different levels, though they loved the little bunk beds. Unfortunately one toilet stopped working and was not repaired during our stay. Quite an uphill climb from the train station, obviously returning was much easier.

It's set between Paris and Disney, the town is lovely and had a market. The apartment was very clean, a good size and had everything we needed. The staff were in contact to check everything was OK.

We arrived late and it was dark on the street outside so a sensor light outside the gate and in the garden to help find the keybox would have been helpful

Enjoyed our stay and easy assess for getting out and about!

Everything in the property was nice, it was nice to walk to the shop and cook things in the apartment instead of going out for tea! Shower is nice also!

I didn’t realise the bed was a sofa bed BUT it was really comfy! The garden at the front and rear of the property was messy

Great location but not well maintained.

I liked that it was near a supermarket and that the bus 42 is out front which takes you to the train that connects to Disneyland.

When we arrived at the property there was no one there and I spent about 15 minutes on an international call to be able to locate a lock box with our keys even though it was only 7:30 PM. When we entered the room there was only a sofa visible, which I did not see that the bed was a pull down futon with a hard mattress from the wall, I had to request extra pillows as it was so hard. The sheets were stained and the entire trip I was itching, I requested a fan to close the windows as there was no ac or fan in the room and the mosquitoes and dirty sheets made me feel as if I had scabies. On the day we left, Pauline performed an "inventory check," I was told to return to do the dishes, clean the toilet and take out the trash; which I did and shes then satisfied and even helped us figure out our train connections. For our 7-day week-long stay we never once saw a cleaner at the property or heard one in an adjacent room; although we spent two whole days there as I hadn't felt well. 5 days after checking out I get a request for $150 saying we left toothpaste, scraps of food in the kitchen sink and stained their dirty linens and stained their linoleum flooring----------mind you that my feet were black after showers from walking around barefoot and I had no paper towels to clean out sinks after doing dishes, although I had sent a text requesting paper towels. I don't know what kind of cleaning service this property has but you WILL be itching as I thought that I had lice and scabies.

Nice appartement, spacious, perfect when going to Disneyland. Nice and helpful staff, free parking, close to the center with shops, had every you need.

Overall excellent stay. Would stay here again.

The location was great. The bus stop was so close and the town was very quaint. So many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Disneyland was a short bus ride. The rooms were very tidy and comfortable. The blue folder they provide with recommendations was very helpful.

There was a slight problem with ants but they came and addressed it for us right away. The lawn outside was a little overgrown.

The apartment was super clean, cozy and had everything you could need. The staff was extremely helpful and they took the time to help us with our plans during our stay. The location was perfect to visit the city or to go to Disney. The bus stop was right outside the door.

I found the bed a bit hard but that is of course my personal opinion.

Great stay for a trip to Disneyland

The beds and the living area were lovely and cosy and the property is ideal for staying near Disney

Some of the bedrooms didn’t have blinds and we couldn’t get the coffee machine to work after we had bought pods for it (maybe it needs to be descaled)

Could be a very attractive property but lots of problems to be sorted out first.

A characterful house in a very convenient location for public transport links to Disney, Val D’Europe and Paris from bus stops within 25metres or train station in a 15 minute walk. There is a free car park at the rear which is mainly filled by locals but we managed to find a space on our arrival in Lagny. The town has many attractive cafes, street market and a wonderful indoor market on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday selling everything from fish, meat and vegetables to clothes and bed mattresses. There were a few essential food items left for our use should we have needed them.

We were met in the car park by Pierre who took us in to our accommodation at the top of this multi-apartment house via two flights of stairs, not a problem for us but we noted that there was no gate at the top to stop one of us accidentally taking a tumble. Externally, the property is a bit of a building site. Internally, the layout is a little odd in that the living room and kitchen are central, with a toilet (without wash facilities) on one side and a bathroom (without toilet) on the other, meaning users have to cross to clean up. Bedrooms 1,2 and 3 lead off, but bedroom 4 can only be accessed from bedroom 3 where the en-suite is located. Kitchen equipment was fine but storage space was minimal and the dining furniture very flimsy. The en-suite sink drain was completely blocked, forcing us to empty it into the toilet by baling out with a jug. Both shower drains were partially blocked making us afraid of flooding the apartment below and there was a smell of ‘drains’ in the kitchen. A floorboard in bedroom 2 was dangerously broken, and there was only half a net curtain to block out the sun as it rose in bedroom 3. The ceiling extractor vents in the kitchen and showers were blocked by thick, black dust and cobwebs, our en-suite skirtings were similarly affected by grime and we even found a face mask and an old shopping receipt under our bed, making a mockery of the €90 charge for cleaning. Also of concern was the apparent lack of smoke alarms, radiator malfunctions, shortage of cutlery and poor pillows. Some of these points were expressed to the owners before we left so, hopefully, future guests will experience a more satisfying experience.

Location ideal, parking ideal. We were late arriving and got lost (our fault) but the hosts were super nice and patient. Highly recommend! We had a car for accessing Disneyland but there's a bus just around the corner. Instructions re. local town and where to eat were excellent too.

Owner very helpful, explained everything. Quality of furnishings much better than most rentals. Location in nice village, but only short (car) distance from Disneyland / metro. Free carpark at back.

Loved the character and comfort of the appartement. Nice extra details, games and Marseille soap. Easy to get to Paris and Disney. Lagny was great place too. Shops and restaurants nearby. We where with three kids and can recommend

Een mooi ruim appartement met 3 slaapkamers, 2 kamers en een mooie keuken, maar zitruimte voor meer dan 5 personen. Alles was aanwezig wat je nodig hebt.

Helaas geen lift. Wij waren met 7 volwassenen, 6 slaapplaatsen beschikbaar. De overige 3 slaapplaatsen zijn geschikt voor kinderen. Een hoogslaper met kleine bedden.

C’était une grande surprise pour moi de découvrir un logement au dernier moment.

On nous a appelé une semaine avant notre arrivée pour nous prévenir qu’il y avait un dégât des eaux et la personne s’est chargée de nous reloger dans un autre logement, pas très loin.

La casa es estupenda. Pierre es muy atento y te soluciona todas las dudas, te envía toda la información en vídeos muy claros. La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario. Las camas son muy cómodas. El autobús a Disneyland para en la puerta y el RER a París está muy cerca. Nos ha encantado y volveremos.

De locatie in combinatie met prijs en kwaliteitsverhouding Netjes en verzorgde accomodatie. Dichtbij winkels en openbaar vervoer. Gratis en ruime parkeerplaats voor de auto's.

De afwerking; oa Deuren die piepen (zelf opgelost) Deuren die klemmen. De deurschilden zaten los ( zelf opgelost) De slaapkamer met stapelbed is erg smal. Een trede van het trapje is gebroken, dus gevaarlijk! De gordijnen die niet passen voor meerdere ramen. . Tip: Een klein terrasje met picknickbank zou al een verschil maken in de rommelige voortuin.
