Beautiful-view accomodation
Friendly staff, fully equipped kitchen, discount to summer lifts, amazing views, great location.
There were dog hair at sofa and kitchen chairs, bed was rather short for tall (190 cm) people, you could hear noises from upstairs, hair dryer would be a benefit, take your own bed linen and towels.

Superb
We have booked apartment in house no. 1, but we got a larger and better apartment in the neighboring Hotel Castello. Location was great, apartment was clean, kitchen very well equipped and view from balcony was stunning.

The accommodation isn't for everyone! The information is not complete and the photos are misleading!
Unfortunately nothing!
We booked the appartment with a moutain view. In this appartement there is nowhere written that there are no towels, sheets, drying cloth no tee nor coffee or even a soap to wash hands with available amd that the guest must be prepared to take all of this with them. We were told by the staff a few days before arrival to bring bed sheets and towels with us only. When we arrived we found out we cannot dry the dishes as we didn't know there are no drying cloths available. If we knew all of this in advance, we would not book this appartment. The photos on the website are misleading. The kitchen is too small with hardly any cooking equiptment. The TV is also in a wrong place, facing the kitchen.So you cannot watch the tv properly. There are not enough lamps so it is quite dark inside. One room has three beds, the second bed is situated in a cupboard. The owner didn't make a big effort in meeting us, not a very customer oriented. They did not even inform us that the shops near by are closed. We had to drive to a near by village to fedge some food. We even had to clean everything before leaving otherwise we would be charged a cleaning fee of 50€! Also it is not mentioned anywhere..we will certainly never book this again.

Vakantiehuis Nr. 1 in Königsleiten is werkelijk een fantastische plek!
Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in vakantiehuis Nr. 1 in Königsleiten. Het huisje ligt op een prachtige locatie, midden in de bergen, waardoor je direct kunt genieten van een schitterend uitzicht en de natuur om je heen. Het huis zelf is gezellig en sfeervol ingericht, waardoor je je meteen thuis voelt. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en de ruimtes zijn praktisch ingedeeld. Het is een fijne plek om samen te zijn, na een dag wandelen of skiën. De combinatie van de mooie omgeving en het knusse huis maakt dit vakantieadres absoluut een aanrader. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug!
Voor ons zijn er eigenlijk geen verbeterpunten; dit vakantiehuis is helemaal top. We komen hier graag nog eens terug! wij hebben hier enorm genoten en zouden het zonder twijfel iedereen aanraden. Locatie is ook goed bereikbaar.
