Villa Mariza

The location is great, one of the few places we saw with such good access to the beach, a short and easy walk. Note it’s a pebble beach, not sand. The house itself is great, very roomy, comfortable and well appointed. Also quiet despite proximity to the road. Sun exposure is a bit limited due to trees but this would be great in Summer. We had a great time there and would recommend, especially for groups of four which would make it better value. Francesco was good to communicate with, check in/out was easy, thank you!

Read all the charges carefully. Cleaning fee was quite hefty, though this is based on 4 people (we were only two). Also, the following has nothing to do with the house, but we booked here because we wanted to be close to the Zingaro national park, which turned out to be closed due to fire - something we only found out through Google maps (not mentioned on the park website). The man at the booth said it was not known when the park would reopen. A great shame to see the damage to the park :-(

Сподобалось все! Близьке розташування до моря, автентичний дизайн вілли. Тут є все необхідне для проживання та приготування їжі, дуже чисто і затишно. Господар був дуже приємний, зустрів нас та надав всю необхідну інформацію щодо проживання та рекомендації для відвідування пляжів навколо.
