The architectural design, the layout of the property, the ocean views on 3 of the 4 bedrooms, the unique separate living room space in the center of the property overlooking the ocean. More importantly, the amazing onsite staff that offers “butler service”, does more than a 5 star hotel staff when you are staying at the property!
Minor issues when we were there: The odor coming from one of the mattress in one of the bedrooms. Needs to be thoroughly clean or replaced Some of the Wooden planks around the pool needs to be replaced

Der Strand ist leider zum Schwimmen nicht geeignet.

We had a lovely holiday at the Dhevatara Residences. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed the daily cooked breakfasts. We had a chef cook a dinner which was fantastic. It was a huge villa. Walking distance to fisherman’s village.
The villa is older, but clean and huge. Location is good. the pool needs some maintenance but nothing that affects the enjoyment for guests. Overall it was a great place to stay.
