The location is perfect, right in the heart of Primošten, close to the beach and the old town. It's pedestrian area so no access with car, but we were given a card to park the card nearby (5 minutes walking) and we got a transfer from there with an electric car to help moving luggages. Very nice communal balcony for breakfast. Overall good value for money but only for a short stay.
Unfortunately the transfer from the car park wasn't available on checkout even if we asked the agency to book it one day beforehand, but got no reply. The room is a little dark, with low light. The mattress not very comfortable but for a short stay is fine. The bathroom is quite small and old style, with a small boiler for hot water. Need to be careful on usage of hot water not to run out quickly.
