A bit over priced for what you got but the site was ideally situated

Location on a very well maintained site. Good to get internet

Well used caravan which wasn’t well equipped. The toaster wasn’t good, only had two out of four slots working. No Pyrex bowl to use in the microwave. Frying pan didn’t have any nonstick left.

A very pleasant caravan stay

The caravan was clean and well prepared for our arrival. It was generally quiet, peaceful and safe. Communcation with the owners was always responded to promptly.

The kitchen provision was very basic, so if you need a big pot, bring your own. Also only one kitchen towel was provided, and no oven gloves. Also make sure you bring extra toilet paper and bin bags.

Exceptional place to stay.

Exceptional stay! Absolutely loved it. Owners/management were polite, available, and fixed minor things straight away. The place was almost brand new and clean. Everything was available and working in the kitchen and all around. Great location and only 15-20 min drive from most beaches.

I dont think there was anything that my family didn't like about Roselands. May be just a couple of hooks for clothes in the bathroom would be great.

Great and helpful host, spacious caravan, has all the facilities needed at kitchen. Overall very good place to stay. Very quiet, no loud neighbours

WiFi signal was weak, we had some issues playing netflix on TV. Small improvements can be made - there was not salt / pepper in the kitchen, there was not hands towel in the bathroom, limited toilet paper rolls ( however the host gave us 1 free roll on request). All of those are small things and didn't impact out stay really, but improving those I would probably go with even higher score

Everything about my stay was lovely, I

This was self catering accomodation and was fully equipped. There were laundry facilities in a separate building and also a games room. The caravan was very comfortable and spacious in a lovely quiet setting yet only a short distance from the coast. The hosts were lovely

There was nothing I did'nt like. This was the perfect setting and location for me and I would fully recommend it to anyone thinking of staying there.

With clear heart i can reccomend to anyone-couples, families, friend groups. Who is looking for peaceful location. Not far to Sennen Cove where you can see beautifull sunset and have fun on the beach. Lands end its about 15 min drive. Also Minack Theatre its about 20 min.

Everything was great, clean, spacious, peaceful, good location, lovely owners and very helpfull. If i will have a chance to back to this part of Cornwall definietly will be back here!

We enjoyed our stay at Roseland's Caravan Park for two nights. We will certainly visit Craig and Kerry's world again. Craig's local knowledge and guidance helped us to navigate through beautiful areas, local pubs and restaurants which perhaps we would not have visited. Location is superb, quiet and peaceful. We didn't knew that we will get clear sky at night or else I would have carried my large telescope for star gazing.
