WE CAME BACK AFTER 14 DAYS — AND THEY PROVED AGAIN WHY THEY DESERVE 100/10 ❤️ 🇬🇧 ENGLISH After travelling around Türkiye for 14 days, we returned to Taksim Paradise Hotel from August 16 to 19 for our final stay before flying home to Montreal, Canada. And this second stay confirmed EVERYTHING we had experienced during the first one. Before leaving on August 2, the hotel had generously agreed to keep our 7 pieces of luggage completely free of charge for 14 days. When we returned on August 16, everything was there. Safe. Untouched. Exactly as we had left it. That level of trust means a lot to a family travelling far from home. I particularly want to recognize the honesty and respect of the women who clean the rooms. Throughout our stays, nobody touched our personal belongings. The housekeeping staff were trustworthy and respectful, and we felt completely safe with our belongings in this hotel. Once again, Mohammed, Aliyan and Waleed were fantastic. They helped us tremendously during our stays and were consistently kind, available and welcoming. We also had the pleasure of being welcomed by the owners, Yasin and Sinan. Their hospitality was genuine and generous. They even welcomed us with a complimentary tray of cakes/sweets as an ikram — a gift of hospitality. It wasn’t about the value of the gift; it was the gesture and the warmth behind it that touched us. And I have to mention Inji again. During our first stay, before our road trip, she had gone far beyond her responsibilities as hotel manager to help us with a serious problem involving our rental car’s badly worn tires. She defended us with the rental company and helped push them to take responsibility so our family could travel safely. After returning 14 days later, our appreciation for what she had done was even greater. Inji is technically the manager, but calling her simply “the manager” doesn’t describe her. She puts her heart into what she does.

10/10 IS NOT ENOUGH — EXCEPTIONAL PEOPLE & TRUE HOSPITALITY ❤️ 🇬🇧 ENGLISH If Booking allowed me to give this hotel 100/10, I would. Our first stay at Taksim Paradise Hotel was from July 31 to August 2, just before leaving Istanbul for a 14-day family road trip across Türkiye. What happened during those two days showed us that this is much more than just a hotel. The biggest THANK YOU goes to Inji, the hotel manager. What makes Inji exceptional is that although she is the manager, she doesn’t act like someone who simply gives instructions from behind a desk. She gets personally involved, works from the heart and genuinely cares about her guests. Just before our road trip, we discovered a serious problem with our rental vehicle: the tires were badly worn. The rental company kept delaying us instead of taking responsibility, even though we had a long road trip ahead of us. This problem had absolutely NOTHING to do with the hotel, yet Inji stepped in and defended us as if the problem were her own. She spoke with the rental company, supported us and pushed hard for them to finally take responsibility and replace the unsafe tires. She invested her own time and energy simply to help our family leave safely. I will never forget that. Then came another extraordinary gesture. We were travelling with 7 pieces of luggage that we didn’t want to carry around Türkiye for 14 days. Taksim Paradise Hotel offered to keep ALL SEVEN bags safely for us, completely FREE OF CHARGE, from August 2 until our return on August 16. Special thanks also to Mohammed, Aliyan and Waleed, who were incredibly helpful, welcoming and available whenever we needed something. And of course, thank you to the owners, Yasin and Sinan, for creating this atmosphere of generosity and genuine Turkish hospitality. We left on August 2 knowing that our luggage was in good hands and that we would return to the same hotel after our road trip.

Location was very close to busy area with a lot of options for shopping and restaurants.

Property was excellent especially room but its bathroom/toilet was very poor and made complaints but all in vain!

Because of its bathroom and even no drinking water was available nor was any lifts for 5th floor! Even for breakfast we had to go at other place!
