Appt itself was ok, but due to written above I must give the worst review
The appt itself was ok, nothing extraordinary but simply good.
I never write reviews and this probably will be the worst one I have to write. If there is any way we can get some refund I would really appreciate, otherwise will not book through booking.com again - so far I did not have any problem and been travelling with booking.com all the time.
The main problem was, that the owner has never mentioned to us, that 200m away from the appt there is an electro techno party festival (Sunrise music festival - I do have pics and videos of very loud dancing people just on the balcony next to us, if it helps), which officially took 3 days. 4 days out of 7 we have not slept at all, bcs in the our area there were mostly people attending the festival accomodated - partying on the balconies, very loud music nonstop during the day and night!, coming home drunk around 5-6 in the morning waking up all the building (ringing on bells, knocking on doors, slamming doors...). We did choose this place as a baby and family friendly, coming there to rest with our 1.5 y old son and this whole festival party has ruined 80% of our time there - even during the day we could not stay at the place bcs the music was SO loud, people smoking at the swimming pool, broken glass in the sandy playground which was never cleaned and cigarettes everywhere on the grass under our balcony. You can imagine I definitely do not consider this as baby friendly place! Even tho the lady who was accomodating us was very nice and responsive, THIS is something what owner was supposed to inform us about ahead (we were booking 2 months in advance) and we would definitely not come while the festival is taking place! We are very upset with this and any refund from booking.com side or the owner would be appreciated. Considering this party is happening every year for last 16 years, the owner could expect the situation and should not offer this place to families with babies while the festival takes place - this is very impolite and unprofessional from his side. Thanks for solving this.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, cisza , z dala od zgiełku. Będziemy wracać. W apartamencie dużym plusem są rowery do dyspozy
Byliśmy na tym osiedlu już drugi raz. Świetna baza wypadowa na wycieczki rowerowe, blisko plaża, ogromną zaletą jest kryty basen, plac zabaw dla dzieci, w razie niepogody mała kulkolandia.
Osiedle powinno zainwestować trochę w siłownię, brak klimatyzacji, znaczy niby jest ale jak dla nas to nie działała, mimo braku upałów nie dało się
ćwiczyć. Bieżnie dwie w tym jedna nie działała. Nie jest to oczywiście wina apartamentu tylko ogólnie całego osiedla
