Hienossa kaupunkimiljöössä viihtyisä asunto luhtitalossa jossa on muitakin loma-asuntoja. Asunnon kunto erittäin hyvä ja sisustus tyylikäs. Varustelu hyvä (keittiö, siivousvälineet, silitysrauta ym.) Bonusta sisääntulon yhteydessä kiva "parveke" sisäpihalle. Ilmalämpöpumppu tuli helteellä tarpeeseen.
Kesäviikonloppuna alue on iltaisin ja öisin aika elävä, baareista kuuluu meteliä ja basson jytkettä aamutunneille. Heinäkuun arkiyöt olivat vierailumme aikana rauhallisia. Kehitysehdotus: tavallinen suodatinkahvinkeitin olisi tarpeen, isommalle porukalle oli aika työläs muutama kuppi kerrallaan saada aamukahvit erikoiskeittimellä.

Было чисто и уютно, все необходимое было
Я бы посоветовала наточить ножи, резать ими невозможно. Так же сделать чистку кофемашине.
