The location is good. Close to the Old Town, one of the beaches, bus stops, and a market. For those who prefer more local amenities rather than typical tourist destinations.

Communication with the host was good until our arrival. When we needed help at the end of our stay, no one responded. This behavior, in my opinion, is unacceptable and will ruin our next stay at this property. The apartment, while supposedly well-equipped, is dirty and neglected, with appliances barely working. The old air conditioning was only in one room, the bedroom couldn't breathe, the refrigerator was dirty and frozen, the capsule coffee machine, and the kettle were dirty. The bathroom, especially the shower, needs renovation. The Wi-Fi network listed in the instructions is incorrect. The trash cans are about 200 meters from the apartment. The location was excellent, but cluttered and noisy, as it was next to a dingy parking lot, a car repair shop, and a main street. The place was difficult to find because the address on Google Maps made you think the property was accessible via a main road. Despite the good location, the place wasn't worth the price. The small garden was also cluttered. With a few improvements, this place could be much better.

Some basic tea & coffee might have been nice, another cover for the bed as with just a sheet I was cold.

It has a private parking spot in front of the room, which is only a 15 minute walk from the old town center. The location is very good reachable by car. Furthermore the host was kind. Due to several aspects mentioned hereafter, I can only advise the room for people travelling by car.

The appartment could have been cleaner (for example the floor looked like it was not cleaned for a while) and the bathroom really needs small maintenance. The airconditioning, installed in the living room, was not powerful enough to effectively reach the bedroom. Furthermore the airconditiong made a strong buzzing sound which awaked us 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. The garden was not very fit for relaxing as it was not maintenanced (messy and bad smell) and as it is shared with other habitants which permanently live there.
