As described, clean, spacious, everything we needed, near the beach, chippy and pub, safe veranda for the dogs, safe surroundings

I liked the position of the caravan and the layout was good
Very dated and rough looking furniture. Very dusty. Various broken electricals under the veranda.

Location . Well equipped and comfortable accommodation.
Wi-Fi. Pictures on booking.com were of a different caravan to the one we stayed in - didn’t appreciate this wails be the case

Location is right on the beach and it's easily located to Kings Lynn and Sandringham by car. The main benefit of the property is location.
The site also has a local shop and a bar which is convenient, though the onsite restaurant food is pretty dodgy.
One room of our motorhome was not useable throughout the duration of our trip as it smelled extremely strongly of urine. The host did try send a cleaner the morning after we arrived but unfortunately it took 2 days of airing out the room for the smell to leave, by which time we had to check out anyway.
Beds are also very plasticky and uncomfortable.
