South Padre Island Birding Nature & Alligator Sanctuary, Island Adventure
Park, Gravity Adventure Park, The Stables, Coastal Studies Lab, and more!!
Complex is requring face mask to be worn while on the premisis.
Boat Rules: Maximum Capacity of a boat for Landfall Tower boat slip is 9 feet
wide by 22 feet long.
Each boat must be tied to the dock at the right or left side of the boat and
not tied between docks. no limitation to the height of the boat.
STR PERMIT #2023-0200.
Please note: Primary renter needs to be 29 years of age or older.

Check in and out was about a mile away.
Property needed a lot of repairs. Mold was growing on a windowsill. Large puddle of water would form near the exterior wall when it rained.
Fridge didn’t get cold for about 24 hours and we almost lost the $200 worth of groceries we bought in port Isabel had we not had coolers. Lots of updates are needed including mattresses. The pullout couch bed was the worst. The other 2 beds were clearly very old as they were lumpy. The cabinets and countertops were warped and peeling.
