Location, well prepared, very clean, and exactly what travellers require by communicating details before arrival.
Minor point - some door & blind screens had minor damage when we arrived - it did concern us re PREVIOUS traveller damage. (Owner stressed that they needed security, & taking c/c details)

The property was perfect for our family gathering. The main house and small one bedroom house accommodated us all very comfortably. The main family room had large picture windows and looked out to the beautiful surrounding garden and district views. The drive into Mudgee for shopping and dinner was less than 10 kilometres.
We particularly enjoyed the use of the tennis court. The pool looked very inviting.
Honestly, we liked it all!

The view was beautiful. The fireplace was a lovely touch.
