Apartment Mimica-Croatia , Omis , Center

A szállás olyan volt mint ha hazamentünk volna, kényelmes, tágas, teljesen felszerelt, a mosógép és a mosogatógép aranyat érnek 3 gyerkőccel. A szállásadó hihetetlenül kedves és segítőkész volt. Érkezéskor már várt ránk az utcán és navigált hol tudunk megállni. Kaptunk ajándék narancs üdítőt és egy üveg vörösbort is. A szállás abszolút a központban van, a part is 5 perc sétára van. Minden igényünknek maximálisan megfelelt ez a szállás.

A klíma a nappaliban van, ami nem hűti a belső két szobát, melegebb napokon ez okozhat kellemetlenséget. Mi egy asztali ventillátorral oldottuk meg, hogy a nappali hűvös levegőjét befújjuk a belső szobákba. Ezt csak azért írom, hogy valami negatívum is legyen, de mondjuk régebben nem volt minden apartman felszerelve klímával (még most is vannak olyanok amelyekben nincs...)

The location is perfect for access to the old part of Omis, places to eat and drink, shops, and the seafront. Everything is close and a short walk.

There was nothing to dislike about the apartment. Even the stairs leading up to it are worth the climb for the privacy and terrace views.

We had a warm welcome. Spacious apartment, with full equipment. From the balcony we had beautiful view to the sea and to the old town. When we step out from our apartment we found ourselves in the middle of the old town. Mr. Mimica always said useful informations to us and he was available when we had questions.

Everithing was alright.

The apartman is well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, owen, AC, even hair dryer etc.), comfortable, very clean, the beds are comfortable as well, the balcony is huge with sea view at one end and mountain view at the other. Multiple grocery stores are just 2-3 minute walking distance. The beach is about 5 minutes away, across the street. Staying in the old town was a unique experience, worth trying. Even that the apartman is very close to everything, is sorrounded by restaurants we did not found it noisy in the evenings, and was quiet at night. The homemade wine we got from Mario, our host at the arrival was really good! Parking in the area is not really possible, or wery limited, but Mario provided us free parking in the nearest parking lot (paid parking) close to the river, just across the bridge and they even helped us carrying our luggage.

The smell of grilled fish from the sorrounding restaurants was a bit disturbing the first day until we realised it just increased our appetite for fish :). Later it was not an issue, as it was not constant neither.
