Brilliant outdoor spaces, excellent pool, bbq and outdoor seating / dining areas.
Property would benefit from a/c in the living room. Excellent a/c in bedrooms but living area can get very hot.

Het zwembad vonden wij geweldig. De rustige ligging en de keurig verzorgde ruimte rondom de woning maken het een unieke locatie. Het zwembad heeft geen werkzame onderwater verlichting waardoor avond zwemmen (bewust?) wordt ontmoedigd.
Feestende buren in de weekenden met muziek en karaoke verstorren de rustige sfeer.
De keuken in het huis is eigenlijk van te lage kwaliteit.

The location was excellent, stunning views from all directions outside the villa.
Very spacious areas outside the villa and around the pool.
Drive way was very large and covered area for car parking.
Good shower and second toilet near the pool.
The kitchen kettle was on the small side and looked fairly worn out.
The kitchen lights weren’t sufficient, so cooking was slightly tricky in the evening.
The bathroom was a little cramped, but sufficient.
The bedrooms were on the small side and bed mattress fairly firm.

Ideally situated outside of Pollença but within comfortable walking distance. The surrounding countryside is staggeringly beautiful.
The kitchen has plumbing issues and the smell was particularly unpleasant. We were given excuses from both the agent and the owner that it would all be fine and it was just the property had been shut for the winter. We soon realised this was not the case, and the smell persisted the entire stay. The owners offered us half a can of air freshener which was obviously useless.
It really tainted our stay. It was not a nice place to prepare food and we didn’t feel the agency or owners were very bothered.
