Apartamentos Amores San Telmo

We were self catering, kitchen was basic but sufficient, location was about 500 metres from main resort, 10 minutes walk. Apartment was quiet ( lovely) pool area was clean tidy well equipped and safe. Great views from balcony. We had a couple of minor things to sort out with the hosts, these matters were dealt with very promptly with no fuss.

The air conditioning could do with being more efficient in the bedrooms. Kitchen could do with an air fryer or oven. The clothes line needs pegs.

Friendly staff. Ordered a taxi for us to get to the airport. Left a fan in the room when we requested it. It was very clean.

It was very hot and difficult to sleep the first night as there was no AC. Also no drinking water when we arrived late at night when all the shops were closed. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Electric socket for the fan was hanging out of the wall when we arrived (but fixed once we mentioned it at reception the next morning).

La vue sur la mer

Le mobilier est plus que vieillissant chaises qui se déboîte. Canape usés.Nous avons trouvé un cafard dans les gamelles de la cuisine! Envahi de.fourmis. Pas de.moustiquaires aux fenêtres. Bâtiment.tres vieillissant. Nous avons été volé sur la terrasse de plusieurs vêtements. Nous avaons envoyé un message à la direction aucune nouvelles. La réception etait.quasi jamais ouverte. Plusieurs locataires cherche ou mettre les poubelles. La propriétaire nous avait.demande de gardé dans l appartement au boit.d une semaine cela aurait ete întenable donc nous nous sommes arrangés avec des habitants locaux. A 200 euros la nuit nous n avions jamais vu ça. Logiquement a ce.prix la on s attend à beaucoup mieux... a titre d exemple pour un super appart avec piscine à Porto cristo nous avons payé 140 euros la nuit. En plus aucun aménagement pour le handicap ce.qui fait que la réception comme la piscine est inaccessible.... bref du jamais vu.... le micro onde n'était dégueulasse.

Lage am Meer ist gut, direkter Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist groß und bietet Platz für vier Leute.

Ameisen in der Küche und anderswo, massenhaft, ließ sich auch mit Ameisenpulver nicht abstellen, das der Hauswart, ! in der Küche ! verstreut hat. Sämtliche Teflon Töpfe und Pfannen waren zerkratzt, also zum Kochen nicht mehr geeignet. Eine der Matratzen war so durchgelegen, das meine Frau nächsten Morgen Ibuprufen brauchte. Insgesamt ist die Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist gut für Wanderer, wegen der Nähe zu den Wanderrouten, aber wenn man das "Nachtleben" in Sant Elm genießen möchte, muß man allerdings 20 Minuten laufen (große Höhenunterschiede!).
