Casa Vacanze Malvarosa

Francesco and family are fantastic hosts who go the extra mile to ensure you have a nice stay; they gave a thorough walk through of the home and surprised us with a wonderful aperitif to welcome us. Loved that it had a swimming pool, washing machine, and convenient parking. It was nice to stay in the country for a change from all the cities we’ve been visiting in Italy, easily did a day trip to Naples and checked out the local beach towns Gaeta and Formia, was great for our needs as we didn’t need to stay near the ocean therefore avoiding a stressful parking situation.

To nitpick, the only things that could have been better is that a dishwasher would have been great, and because we were staying during a heatwave an air conditioner in each bedroom would have been nice (we used the lounge room A/C to try to cool the entire place which was not 100% effective), but the temps outside were 30-37 degrees during our stay so this is unusual and won’t be an issue for most people.

We loved having the kitchen available to cook breakfast and lunch. It was wonderful having the hosts meet us to give us the keys and show us the property. They were very available whenever we had questions. I highly recommend this as a place to stay to have wonderful amenities and closeness to sights and the beach.

Everything was wonderful. Really can’t think of anything to add.
