Lauhata Beach Escape

The staff, led by Bendu and owner Carlos were unfailingly friendly, happy and went out of their way to help and make our stay as welcoming and enjoyable as possible.

Nothing, it was just so relaxing.

Breakfast was included in the price and was pretty good The beachfront restaurant served excellent meals with a wide selection The manager Beendu was an excellent host - he mingles with the guests and nothing was too much trouble for him . He organised a sight- seeing around the area for us as well as the transfers from Dili Bendu is the perfect example of what a hotel manager should be like - a lot of other hotel managers could learn a lot from him

The beach while pleasant , had a huge under tow and cross currents there was only toilet paper and soap in the wnsuite bathroom - perhaps they should consider adding shower gel and shampoo at some stage

I only stayed for a couple of nights and I was sick with dengue fever but the staff that I saw were excellent I didn't eat a lot of the food but what I did have was great

Near the ocean - good weekend spot for a beer

I was the only guest. It was expensive comparatively. Aircon wasn’t working and it took a lot of effort to get anyone to look at it. Then I was told it would get better when the power supply stabilised - which it eventually did.
