    Steve And above and beyond to Help combination is okay but I think the price could be a bit lower than what it was or what it was after breakfast wasn’t good everything else was okay

    Improvement comments Could do with a manager in restraunt area and lifts out of order . They said they need a new lift .

    Delivered exactly we wanted. Nothing spectacular but absolutely no negatives. Changed the booking from 2 to 3 to accommodate 18 yo grandchild and provided B&B for her for €** for 2 nights. Dined there one night and was perfectly fine. Not a lot of staff but very good overall.

    The hotel has great potential but unfortunately staff are not friendly, not sure what to do & don't even clean rooms. My room was not cleaned the second day. No idea what breakfast procedure was as waiting for ages. Felt more of a burden for being in hotel. Carpets are all loose & someone will trip. Great location & potential but get staff that want to he there. All reviews say the same!
