Appartamento molto curato in un edificio nuovo, finiture di qualità, camere molto confortevoli, terrazzo vivibile, impianto di climatizzazione meraviglioso. La cucina mi è sembrata ben fornita anche se non l’abbiamo utilizzata. La posizione è centralissima a due passi da piazzale Kennedy ma fuori dal rumore della strada.
Pur essendo in 6 avevamo solo 4 sedie una rotta). Il dover fare il check-in in un hotel (che comunque dista pochi minuti).

Tutto: posizione, eleganza, modernissime dotazioni e vicinissima al mare, ai negozi, ai ristoranti e alla Movida. Bellissimo terrazzo vivibile. Il personale dell’hotel Mercure che ci ha aperto, gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Posto auto coperto, proprio sotto casa, a pagamento.
La ottima posizione centrale ovviamente giustifica il rumore e la musica che si sente in casa. Basta chiudere le finestrone e, d’estate, accendere i silenziosi condizionatori. Appartamento Non a poco costo ma li vale tutti.

Very modern apartment in a very nice part of the town at walking distance of the beautiful beach, with lots of space, balconies and bedrooms with excellent bathrooms.
Except for the noise of the neighbouring discotheque, nothing we did not like.

My opinion is that you pay the apartment size, but by no means this is a high end or luxury apartment.
fuse was poping once you turn on the washing machine
- AC didn't work at all. When we Iet the host know, they came up immediately. The only thing is that they found a "solution". They set the AC to heating, so minimum was 24 deg. The true reason is that it was no more freezing agent in the installation - found this out by searching the error code. Error appears every once in a while and the "solution" was to reset it each time.
- the electric Installation is under dimensioned, the TVs didn't work - after a while of watching, picture was off and only sound was present. TV power led blinking over night - when I searched the TV model and flashing pattern, it seems that it had not enough power and went into safe-mode
- for the money you pay, the apartment is really poorly finished, painting, wall scratches and marks. It seems that nobody cared during the low peak season to refurbish it
- it can get noisy from the Embassy Restaurant - but we assumed it will and property didn't deny it might be noisy - when asking before booking - so they were fair
- the parking lot was a bit messy, spider webs. Being a hotel I can assume they can clean that every once in a while
- no detergent, no dish sponge, no paper towels. For the money you pay, a constant refill can be kept there for the guests. Yet again, if you can use them due to fuses poping. This was of course known, that nothing is provided.
- the balcony was not cleaned before our arrival, a lot of dust there
We stayed in apt.4, the bedrooms are on the silent side, so not facing the Embassy Restaurant.
