Great apartment

The apartment was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Great location too and had almost everything you need.

The parking is a lotery,if there is a free space nearby or not. Also please provide more sugar 😅 like if there is coffee and tea avaliable...i like it sweet. But honestly the place was great. Would book again for sure

Cozy place to take a moment for yourself

The place had everything I needed for a short break from the big city. The location was perfect, as you can reach everything in walking distance: the train station, the city center and many parks. The hose was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some quiet downtime.

Lovely apartment, like a home away from home

The location was very convenient and easy to get to from the main station. The whole house was very well equipped, including a nice kitchen and a bathroom with lots of shelves and even a washing machine with drying rack. There’s a nice amount of space for all our clothes and belongings, and a huge modern Samsung TV. With all the beds and sofa bed you could easily lodge four people here. The backyard is extremely cozy and we had a couple very pleasant meals there. Walking distance to all the sightseeing and two bike rental places at your disposal.

We got unlucky and had some construction outside the building for half our trip, which the property management compensated for by giving us a discount and some Sanddorn Nectar. It’s a bit far to get to a good supermarket (walking) and not a lot of Spättis stay open late. But there’s a really good REWE by the mall. There’s lots of flies and mosquitos which was quite annoying, but probably due to summer and the river nearby. The fact they only take cash is inconvenient and means you have to take time off your day to stop by their office with cash at hand. Really don’t understand why they wouldn’t take cards, it’s 2021 and we should have learned something with Corona… Finally, the pillows. They’re awful. So thin and soft there barely was any pillow there. I would have really slept better with firmer pillows.

One week stay in Brandenburg

Easy to find, clean, comfortable, quiet street, instructions for keys etc and access were very clear and easy to follow. Simple but well equipped facilities. Would use it again.

Nähe zum Stadtzentrum und grundsätzlicher Zustand des Gründerhauses. Relativ liebevoll saniert und gewartet.

Es ist zwar löblich dass noch klassische Mieter in diesem Hause wohnen, jedoch wenn zwei kleine Kinder in der Wohnung darüber permanent hüpfen und toben (man kann leider jeden Schritt hören) kann man wohl kaum in eine Art dauerhaften Erholungszustand kommen. Ich weiß dass sich das schwerlich ändern lässt und Kinder müssen bei Eiswetter ja auch zu Hause spielen dürfen aber uns hat es leider sehr gestört.

Wir kommen sehr gern wieder

Perfekte Lage (Nähe zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt ca. 10 min zu Fuß) in einer sehr ruhigen Straße, Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe, in der Wohnung alles was man braucht, 3 Betten sehr bequem und eine Klappcouch (mit 140 cm Breite ) vorhanden.Mit Türcode und Wohnungsschlüssel im Safe sehr unkomplizierte und zu jeder Zeit mögliche Anreise. Neu sanierte sehr gepflegte Wohnung. Sehr gern wieder:)

Als Fewo vollständig und ordentlich eingerichtet, sehr gute Betten und ruhige Lage. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung bei Bezug und Auszug der Unterkunft.

Badewanne mit Duschabtrennung konnte nicht komplett geschlossen bleiben.

Parkplätze kostenfrei in der Straße bzw. in den anliegenden Straßen stehen zur Verfügung, gute Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, herzlicher Kontakt per Mail, unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken

Duschen war etwas unkomfortabel, da Wanne mit Duschfunktion

Die Küche war sehr klein. Es fehlen ein Salatbesteck und ein Brotmesser. Die Duschwand war schlecht zu schließen, daher gab es nach jedem Duschen eine Überschwemmung

質問に対してのレスポンスが早く、分かりやすい。カトラリーや鍋類、お玉やフライパン返しなどがあって、着いてすぐに調理ができた。ドライヤーやヒーターもあって、部屋は清潔で広く、整えられていた。掲載されている写真通りの印象で、ここまで写真と一致する宿は多くない。10時まで開いているスーパーも近いし、バス、電車も近くを走っているのでアクセスが良い。また、コーヒーとキャンディなどが置いてあって、オーナーの旅行客への気遣いを感じる。最高の時間をありがとう。次も利用します😊

使えるので問題ないが、ふろの、仕切りが締まりきらない。部屋によってカトラリーや鍋の種類は多少違うので、料理を前提とする方は、旅行前に質問をされると、丁寧に返してもらえるのでより旅がしやすくなります。私はアレルギーがあるので、ハトが窓にとまりに来ます。これは自然豊かな証拠ですが、アレルギーがある方は窓を開けない方がいいです。

Preis Leistung stimmt leider nicht ansonsten für 2 bis 3 Tage OK.

Zentrale Lage, Einfache Schlüsselhinterlegung durch Code an der Haustüre und oben durch Schlüsselkasten. Dusche Bad einwandfrei auch die Betten . Check out auch ohne das jemand kommt. Gut das WC Papier Salz und andere Dinge da waren

Das kleine Appartement reicht für 2 bis 3 Tage und ist für längeren Aufenthalt (wir waren 8 Tage da) nicht sonderlich geeignet. Minimale Geschirrausstattung und Gläser sodass die Geschirrspühlmaschine nicht gefehlt hat weil man die gebrauchten Gläser Teller und Bestecke gleich wieder spülen musste. Toaster geht nicht tief genug für den etwas grösseren American Toast der 1/3 überstand 2 Platten Kocher ist nicht wirklich was zum selber Kochen, Holz- Küchenstühle in der Küche sehr wackelig und wie gesagt alles auf dauer zu eng. Parkplätze nach suchen ja aber nie vorm Haus . Kondition sollte man für den 2ten Stock schon haben. weil ja auch Getränke/Lebensmittel nach oben müssen. Ansonsten ist Brandenburg eine Reise wert
