Canalside Cottage

Beautiful house felt very homely, decorated amazing, views from the windows were stunning, lots of great memories made, we will be back ! Beautiful cottage garden, the property looks onto the canals with lovelyl boats passing through, the kichen was so well stocked with everything you could possibly need, love peacefulness of this place , at the end of the day relax in a luxurious bath tub.

There wasnt anything we didnt like but the only thing missing was a Barbecue & many be some extra garden chairs.

Just what a group of friends needed for an excellent and comfortable few days visiting friends who have just moved up to the area. A good base for sightseeing.

Beautiful spacious home, well equipped and great location Felt like a home

All good but access would be a problem for some

Cottage was very well equipped and comfortable. Such a pity that it wasn't advertised as not suitable for guests with mobility problems. Two of our party had mobility problems and found some areas very difficult. No downstairs toilet was available. If this had been mentioned we would have chosen another cottage. Will be very wary about booking a Sykes Cottage in future.
