Location was great. Cottage really nice and well equipped. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Safe for dogs outside of cottage. Easy parking. Quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend any of the three cottages there.

It was a lovely clean place, warm and cosy with very nice approachable hosts. Comfortable beds, nice linens and big towels. Good parking, enclosed garden areas. Strong cold water pressure. Lots of crockery in the kitchen! Great location between Louth and Mablethorpe
The beds, (and the kitchen cupboards) were a bit high for short people :-) , might need to take a stepstool; and the floor got a bit slippy in places. We did feel there was a need for some coat/towel hooks in the bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms
