Great amount of space for the number of guests, especially in the lounge with comfy sofas. The kitchen was very well appointed, with lots of space, including enough room for everybody's shoes before entering the rest of the house!! Bedrooms are a good size with the added bonus of sinks in each to alleviate bathroom use early morning!! Parking was ample for four cars.
Some dining chairs were a little broken and could do with some tlc. A few cobwebs, no doubt, due to being early in the season and spiders still being inside!

since the hosts lived next door i thought they would have greeted us and showed us round and answered questions
should provide towels for guests as this is standard
wifi was not good enough, could only access from one room and even that was often not working or slow
living room and kitchen were on separate floors so there was a lot of walking up and down stairs with drinks etc
