Almost every necessities/convenience were provided. No need to worry about shampoo/body soap. They even provided extra towels, and trash bags. Plus, the place is so clean!

Often I hear noises from outside but not too bad as I could still sleep it off.

Stayed here for 2 nights from 14 May to 16 May in Osaka. The rooms are simple but clean and equipped with all basic facilities needed for a comfortable stay. It is an older building, but the location is fantastic — very close to the Dotonbori river, shopping area, and vibrant nightlife. Many restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance. A very convenient place to stay in Osaka.

The location was perfect! The neighborhood was quiet even though it was close to Dotonbori main street. The bed was comfortable and everything was neat and spacious. The hotel provided clear instructions and check-in went smoothly. It's near several convenience stores and it was easy to get around every day, with a metro station just a few minutes' walk away.

The elevator doesn't have a sensor! So you have to press the open button to prevent it from closing automatically. The Wi-Fi QR code didn't work. I had to enter it manually. And we would wake up at midnight because of the noise of the pigeons outside our window. It was so loud it was almost funny. There was dirt on the outside of the window made by the pigeons themselves; I recommend the hotel take a look. Even after scaring the pigeons away, they would come back. I slept with earplugs on some nights while I was there.

Location was very good. 5 Minutes Walk only to arrive to the Dotonbori street.

When we arrived we found out very soon that one towel was dirty and the blanket as well (something like blood on it). The personal was absolutely comprehensive and fixed immediately the blanket on the same day and brought some fresh towels as well. Still such a situation cannot happen in an hotel or any kind of stay. In addition the room was very noisy, with various alarms during the night, annoying car noise and much more. During the night we also noticed always a strange smell that seemed to be from a kitchen. In general it was not very comfortable and has high potential to improve.
