Eenvoudig maar voldoende ontbijt

Ik vond het personeel erg vriendelijk. Het was niet zoals het soms in Duitsland kan zijn zo overdreven formeel. Het voelde vriendelijk, hartelijk en familiaar aan. Prima verzorgd ontbijt. Voldoende keuzes in beleg evenals broodjes. Douches erg fijn en heel erg schoon.

doordat het hotel goed bezet was door deelnemers aan een cursus was het zoeken naar een parkeerplek.

It is nicely located and there is a very nice view from the terrace on the valley. The rooms have been recently refurbished so they were quite comfortable and clean.

We arrived at the property around 5:30 and book dinner for 7. Sadly, we waited until 8:30 to have food and with 3 young children after a long journey, it was not a pleasant experience. The food we ordered did not required long cooking time at all as well. Staff did not seem to care and were much more friendly with the local customers. I also had to ask 3 times for the bill before going myself to the till as apparently passing the message between staff was not a thing. Overall, we felt that the place is basically more keen on local tourism. Rooms on the second floor really can do with at least a fan in hot weather. I booked for 5 people but only had 2 double beds, therefore the 3 years old did not have a bed and with the hot weather, the sleep was quite disrupted. It was possible to have an additional bed with an extra charge, but this was not highlighted at the time of the booking.
