Tempat cantik! Lovely scenery. Anak suka sangat especially the kids pool 🤍 kedai makan around the area banyak senang cari makan!
Tak provide towel (sebab kata tak sempat kering), tv rosak, remote aircond tak ada, bedsheet ada stain, tisu dekat toilet tak refill before guest check-in.

Building conditions okay and peaceful place since is at isolated location.
The water pump is too close to Villa and caused consistent annoying noise especially during sleeping.

Generally staffs are kind and ready to help, and to arrange local tours etc at last minute due to the cancellation of rainbow waterfall hike. They provided transport to the market for food too, and we could use hot water at the lobby as we do not trust the ones in the room. Staffs were doing their best that is commendable.
I guess the customer service pretrip, we wasnt informed about the closure on rainbow waterfall due to landslide despite us booking a tour with them. I think there was miscommunication thus they had to panic to prepare a room for us. That room seemed to have not been used for a long time thus the layers of dust. The utensils area have cockroach eggs.
