Our open-concept Ocean Cottage at Oyhut Bay Seaside Village has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Pelican Reef is dog friendly. So bring along your furry friend, they love to enjoy our dog-friendly beaches.
The fenced-in back porch offers a place to BBQ after your day at the beach. Have a glass of your favorite beverage and enjoy this wonderful and spacious home. The central living area features a large flat screen with your Cable TV favorites. Each bedroom features its own TV to decompress for some alone time after your big day at the beach. The unit features a modern kitchen that is fully outfitted, including a Keurig and complimentary coffee. Our home has a washer/dryer for your convenience.
The Pelican Reef is close to the Oyhut Bay Grill which includes a Loft Bar. Oyhut Bay Seaside Village has a Market to help you meet your needs. We have a tot lot, horseshoe pit, volleyball court and community fire pit.

Oyhut village was all we needed, the market and grill were great options a short walk from home base.We lucked out and got some June sun at the beach (another quick walk). Wish we’d been able to stay for longer!

Great location. Skip to the restaurant and little market, short walk to the beach, quick drive into town. Family friendly. House clean and well laid out. Each room had its own bathroom which was a huge bonus.

Our family of four - my wife and I, our 19-year-old son, and 16-year-old daughter - recently enjoyed a wonderful day trip to The Pelican Reef house in Oyhut Bay Seaside Village. This open-concept Ocean Cottage was the perfect spot for our brief but memorable getaway.
The spacious layout with three bedrooms and three bathrooms was ideal, giving our teenagers their own space while still keeping us close as a family. We were impressed by the attention to detail, especially the TVs in each bedroom which allowed everyone to unwind in their own way after our beach activities.
The highlight of our day was definitely the beach. Even though we don't have a pet, we appreciated the dog-friendly policy for future reference. After soaking up the sun and sea air, we made great use of the fenced-in back porch. The BBQ facility there was perfect for our family dinner, and we enjoyed our meal while taking in the peaceful surroundings.
Inside, the modern kitchen was a joy to use, fully equipped with everything we needed. The Keurig machine with complimentary coffee was a nice touch for us parents! The large flat-screen TV in the living area was great for some family movie time before bed.
Although our stay was short, we managed to explore some of Oyhut Bay Seaside Village's amenities.
