Location, room size, cleanness, atmosphere, staff at the property.
The WIFI did not work during my stay. The owner tried to give me some advices and contacted a staff to fix the problem. However, I could not use the WIFI internet connection and no staff came to my room for solving the problem.

Great location - 5 minute walk to the beach and a few restaurants and well-appointed apartment.
Check in process was stressful as this is a private appartment, not a hotel room and there was no WIFI throughout our stay.
