Can’t wait to revisit!!
Great location but definitely need a car.The villa was spotless with a fabulous blend of modern and antique interior design and we loved the way the owners had carefully married the elements together. Garden is beautifully planted and very well maintained and the wonderful housekeeper started each day with making sure the pool was free from insects😁! The pool man also came several times during our 8 day stay so all in all a very well managed property. Would definitely return. Bed making, clean towels and daily cleaning made it feel more like a 5 star hotel!
Owners live below but although we were aware of them it didn’t bother us but should be made very clear this is not a detached villa.

Superb
Beautiful house with a largest variety of comfortable rooms. Very nice and helpful staff. The house is clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the pool and garden surrounding it.
No air-condition or large windows in the first floor made it difficult to be there in hot weather. Ants problem in the kitchen. .

Exceeded expectations
Everything regarding the house in regards to comfort, hygiene, quality and service exceeded expectation. The pictures provided online underestimate the state of all en-suite rooms and multiple living areas. Highly recommend this property and also a car is needed for daily outings.

Two families had a wonderful time together in this quiet, spacious and well appointed villa.
The location was excellent - far enough away from Parikia to be quiet and secluded but close enough that a 15min walk takes you to the centre of town and all the bars and restaurants. The pool is superb and given that it is raised brilliant for toddlers to cruise around without fear of them falling in. There was a daily maid service, which was unexpected (and perhaps a little too intrusive) but it meant that the villa was spotless at all times. The host was also very friendly and met us on arrival and came to say goodbye at departure. He was very helpful in organising a hire car for us.
The arrangement of transfers to and from either the ferry and the airport could be better organised. Given that these are the only ways on and off the island it would make sense for these to be part of the cost of hire and to make sure that the driver was waiting for your arrival.
