The apartment location is fantastic. It is located in a nice neighborhood with the tram just 50 meters away. You can then get into the city center or any other area within 20 minutes approx. There's anything you need nearby, from a local Pepco to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. The apartment is modern, the big windows let the light in and the kitchen is comfy. You got plenty of storage as you got a huge wardrobe and other drawers to keep your stuff. The washing machine is perfect for a long stay and you also have a drying rack, iron and ironing board. The building itself is modern and has easy access and we'll as a disposal area. Communication with the owners was also good and swift.

I believe the kitchen could be equipped a bit better. This, of course, depends on each traveler's needs, but for a long stay a needed a bit more of kitchenware (potato peeler, scissors, tongs) . Luckily, there is a Pepco nearby and I got those for a cheap price. Cleaning was not bad, shower and linen were clean and so was the apartment in general but it can definitely be improved in the kitchen area and the sofas. Some pots needed deeper cleaning to get rid of the accumulated grease or directly a renewal. The sofas are stained. I simply covered mine with a new blanket that I bought but removing those stains wouldn't hurt.

Everything was clean, good facilities, nice place near to bus and tram stations.
