In a dream location in the popular beach street in the seaside resort Kühlungsborn you can enjoy your holiday. The cozy apartment is located on the first floor of the apartment-style apartment complex. From the balcony you can look at the hustle and bustle in the beach road. In the immediate vicinity of the house you will find cafes, restaurants and shops. The distance to the pier and to the beach is about 300 m. The city forest in the immediate vicinity invites you to take a walk. The living room has a sofa bed, dining area, flat screen TV and radio / CD. The open kitchenette contains hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and vanity. The balcony is furnished with a table and two chairs.
There is a free Wi-Fi access available. An underground parking space (number 16, lift below) is available. Please note the maximum vehicle height including roof rails of 1.60 m. Bicycles can be accommodated in a lockable room. The house has a coin-operated washing machine and coin-operated dryer. Smoking in the apartment is not allowed, on the balcony is an ashtray ready. Pets are not allowed.
